Through
Nature Connection, Artful Healing, Myth & Archetypes
We are living in a time when loneliness is an
epidemic, community is a distant notion, and our connection to the Natural World is diminishing.

As we are increasingly disconnected from Nature, our Natural Selves & Each Other in our overly busy world and modern lifestyle, we are living out of alignment with the fundamental needs of humans for Connection with Each Other and to Nature

We need villages to raise children, mothers, and families –
and yet mindfulness and a village-oriented ethos is rare.
The current structures do not support the deep longing we all have to grow in supportive community, and we lack key
Rites of Passage to lead us through
each transition that life naturally brings.

In our imbalanced, modern world, the wisdom of the Ancient Feminine that is interwoven with Nature, her cycles, and our rich inner world is sorely missing. This separates us from innate gifts of our human condition that can connect us deeply to each other; to the healing wisdom of our heart and body as one; and the natural cycles of death and rebirth which are ever present throughout our lives.
In a culture stripped of Earthly Wisdom and
Rites of Passage, we are called back to the
Ancient Healing Wisdom
of
Women Gathering

This space provides quality time for the two of you to listen to each other, to deeply connect, to create, and learn self-care practices including meditation, self-compassion, and other care activities as well as fun, artful expression. Each month we will focus on a feminine myth and talk about the ways in which her wisdom, which is intrinsic to our shared humanity, touches and impacts us.

Girls 13-15 Years
Coming of Age Circles for Girls
In our ancient times, women celebrated a girl's coming of age as a powerful rite of passage. The unique wisdom of becoming a woman, with the rich mystery and insight we contain in our bodies and our profound connection to nature and her cycles. These circles celebrate this precious and sometimes challenging experience with the help of compassionate and understanding female mentors. Nature's Loving Embrace circles encourage the beauty and mystery of being strong yet vulnerable and confident women coming back to ourselves and reclaiming our inner power.

Women of All Ages
Women's Wisdom Circles
As women, we have natural Intuition, wisdom and healing feminine gifts that lie within us, which help us to creatively enrich our lives, move through challenges with grace and grow through each moment of life with deep, peaceful Wisdom. Our ancient feminine gifts thrive in connection, in safety and in nourishing connected spaces where we can retreat and unwind. Understanding the need to find reprieve from the outside world, into a gently supportive and compassionate female community, allows us to connect and gather deep wisdom from within, giving tremendous support and well-being to our lives. These wisdom circles have a unique topic each week that is reflected in the seasons and wisdom of nature, as well as feminine archetype and myths, which are deeply empowering and invoke a richer understanding of ourselves. Women’s Wisdom Circles bring a felt sense of our calm inner center that can carry us into greater harmony within our own selves and within our families and relationships.

Women Elders
The Life Cycle: Maiden, Mother, Wise Woman
In Celtic lore, the transitions of life are marked by the archetypes of Mother, Maiden, and Crone. Symbolically, these archetypes each represent a deepening structure—a developmental phase across the life course. The Crone, embodying the matriarchal role of elder, was a sage, wise woman, and grandmother who possessed knowledge and wisdom for the community. Though the term "Crone" carries negative connotations due to patriarchal and ageist representations of aging, in this circle, we reclaim this archetype as the Wise Woman. She is powerful, dwelling in the liminal space between mystery and knowing—a space we will explore together. Over six weeks, the circle will be guided by reflective questions, weaving together arts-based activities, poetry, and writing to delve deeply into the themes. This elder circle is infused with wonder and enchantment, transforming our relationship with the mundane into a quest for meaningful exploration of purpose and the acquisition and celebration of everyday wisdom.

6 Week Journey of Nature Healing through the Arts
We are all born natural and artful healers and art has the potential to heal us profoundly. In this way, artful expression can be something we engage in as a meaningful practice to face and overcome any challenge life presents us. This workshop takes away the stigma of needing to be talented in art to express it and lets you give birth to the artist/healer within through celebrating the in-depth healing process of engaging in artful expression. Through art projects, including visual arts, dance, writing, and music, along with spiritual practices and guided imagery, Nature Healing through the Arts gives you the tools you need to begin healing aspects of your life, bet they physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
